What is Life Coaching and How Does it Work?
Life Coaching is different from consulting, advising, therapy, or counseling. During the coaching process we take a look at what is going on right now in your life, look at what might be holding you back, and YOU choose a course of action that makes your life what you want it to be. You have the power! You have the answers to the questions, you just need a little help finding them. That’s where I come in.
